Q + A

What happens if I dont RSVP on time?

We completely understand that life can get busy and RSVPs may slip your mind. As the deadline approaches, we'll make every effort to follow up. However, if we haven't received your RSVP by the cutoff date despite our attempts to reach out, we'll regrettably have to assume you won't be attending. Our caterers need a final guest count by a specific date to ensure seamless preparation and planning.

Do i need to rsvp if i am unable to make it?

We kindly ask that you RSVP, even if you're unable to attend. Your response, even if brief, would be greatly appreciated and immensely helpful for our planning process. Thank you for taking a moment to do so.

Can I bring a plus one?

As our venue has limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate guests who were not specifically addressed on the invitation. Please understand that this decision was challenging for us both, and we appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring my child/ren?

As much as we adore your children, unfortunately, due to venue restrictions, we are unable to accommodate them. We hope you view this as a chance to relax, let your hair down and enjoy the evening with us! **Please note that only our own children, grandchild, and immediate nieces and nephews will be in attendance.

Can I take photos?

We've enlisted a talented photographer to beautifully capture every moment of our special day. To ensure everyone can fully immerse themselves in the moment as we exchange vows, we kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. However, once the ceremony concludes, feel free to snap away to your heart's content! We simply ask for your understanding and respect in refraining from posting any photos, videos or live streams of the bride and groom on any social media platforms until we've had the chance to do so ourselves.

Is there parking available at the venue?

The venue offers ample parking for your convenience. Should you require it, overnight parking is permitted, with the requirement that all vehicles be removed from the property by 10 a.m. the following morning.

The drinks are on us! The hangover is on you!

Alcohol will be provided throughout the day and night. We ask that guests drink responsibly.

Getting Home

We acknowledge that our venue is located a bit outside the city center (approximately 15 minutes away). We kindly ask all guests to drink responsibly and arrange transportation home in advance. If you don't have a designated driver, we've provided contact information for a few taxi companies under the "Travel Info" tab. It's advisable to book in advance, especially for group travel, and offers an affordable option for your journey.

Something Else?

Feel free to reach out to either myself or Anaru directly either on social media or you can email us at a.and.s.wed2024@gmail.com! We are more than happy to answer any other questions you may have about the day.
